Our house is located at 800 meters above sea level, in the middle of the grand mountainous Hohe Tauern range. We are a family business and open the entire year.
Harmony with Nature is important to us. We realize this by providing you with pure spring water from 1.400 meters, our own sewage treatment by plants and heated with biomass and solar panels.

1combined sleeping and living room with one doublebed, single couch, sheets, TV, shower with  WC and towels. A large south  facing balcony, cooking area with refridgerator, two burners, coffee-maschine, exhaust fan, plates and silverware.

For Groups

Our house is ideal for groups and family holidays. We offer six bedrooms, double and trible beds with a large living-kitchen area for 12 to 15 people.

Around your Holyday House

There is a climbing wall for the brave to us. You`ll be set up in your climbing gear and you`re ready to go! There are several degrees of difficulty..
An outside ping-pong table and a griller is waiting for you. Everthing is set for a relaxing holiday. Don`t be hesitant to bring your cats and dogs as well.
Winter turns the lanscape into a big play ground wonderland. Hang your wet clothes in our heated basement and get ready for the next adventure.
